BRIEF INTRODUCTION
At Ah Hock Kaya Roti, we try our best to provide quality products at reasonable prices, with a touch of traditional kopitiam-style service.
Our first outlet is located in the heart of Jurong East Central, Jurong Entertainment Centre and we have moved to Clementi Central in September 2008. It is an ordinary humble kopitiam, which promised well brewed coffee and tea and traditional bread toast. Our toast and warm beverages attracted many families, working adults and teenagers within the Clementi, Jurong East and West Coast vicinity.

EGGS
Our eggs are kampong eggs, which are generally smaller, fresher and tastier, while having a slightly bigger egg yolk. The eggs are served half-boiled and you can choose to dip your bread toast in the eggs, or have the eggs with some pepper and soya sauce.
BREAD TOAST
A bread toast needs the combination of three main ingredients; they are bread, kaya and butter.
Besides using top quality ingredients, ability to control the timing of making delicious bread toast is important; the ideal bread toast is crunchy on the outside and soft inside. When you take a bite of the bread toast, the butter should slowly ooze out, as the heat from the freshly toasted bread gently melts it.

The colour of the bread is plain yellow, as the bread toast is being dipped in beaten eggs. We have to control the timing so the outer layer of eggs is cooked and is gradually absorbed into the bread.
The french toast does not come spread with kaya and butter; you have to do it yourself.
